1 on 1 coaching

Many of our clients form a close bond with our Trainers and wish to further their personal learning journey by engaging our Trainers as their personal learning coach.

Many of our expert trainers have not only had many years’ experience facilitating but are also Professional Certified Coach’s with the globally recognised - International Coach Federation (ICF).

There are 3 tiers of coaches and to gain these credentials they must have completed the following:

  • Associate Certified Coach (ACC) 60+ hours training, 100+ hours coaching
  • Professional Certified Coach (PCC) 125+ hours training, 500+ hours coaching
  • Master Certified Coach (MCC) 200+ hours training, 2500+ hours coaching

So, you know you are in good hands.

Meeting Activity Packs - Make It Stick

Structure, direction, and outcomes are 3 good elements of a successful meeting. Would you like some help to achieve this by having a pre-written activity that you can run yourself (all the guidance is provided)?

PD Training knows how important incidental and incremental learning can be and have created 100’s of activities that run for 10 – 15 minutes in which you have the full resources to deliver internally yourself.

Customer service – holding to account

Introduction

The culture of an organisation refers to what behaviours are accepted and normalised by the organisation including the behaviours that extend to customers. Everyone has a responsibility to continually shape the culture they want to see. This takes courage as it involves not only role modelling the behaviour you want to see but calling out poor behaviour in others.

Instructions

Discuss with the group how they would approach the following situations:

  • What would they do?
  • What would they say?
  • How would they go about it?

Scenario 1

Your boss has been rude to several customers over the last few weeks. The customers have taken their business elsewhere. Your boss has not reported the complaints that have come in.

You do not have to be a trainer or an expert to use the Make It Stick Packs as they are designed to be easy and quick to facilitate.

Use them as a standalone activity

Add value to team meetings or run lunch ’n’ learns to empower your team with knowledge and build confidence. They packs are standalone and participants do not have to complete the original training course to get the benefit of the activities.

Make it Stick Packs have simple activities that can be run by anyone including your Team Leaders, Managers or other designated Learning Champions as standalone knowledge building sessions.

Achieve lasting change and reinforce learning from an original training with your team. Keep the learning alive and ensure the knowledge stays top of mind by facilitating a Make It Stick Pack that matches the course completed.

Make it Stick Packs are self-explanatory and easy to implement, so even if your Managers or Team Leaders did not attend the original training session they can still run the Make It Stick activities to reinforce original learning.
